I picked a bunch of wild hops this fall. I have them in the freezer. I just want to know the best way to use them when I do my next batch. Should I add them to the boil or dry hop? Also how much should I add. I don't have a food scale so if you could tell me by "cups" that would be nice.

Hard to say with "wild" hops. You don't know if it is best for bittering, flavor, or aroma. Also, no idea on alpha acid level.

You could experiment with trying it various ways in small batches of beer, say a gallon at a time. Dry hopping might be a good place to start.

As for ammount, when it dries it will loose about 80% of it's green weight, so use five times as much.

Take a couple to your local brew shop or to the Right Brain Brewery in TC, the brewmaster has made an all wild hop beer, they may know the style of hop and their best uses.
