Have any of the bays along turtle head (Kent lake) iced up enough for some fishin?

According to one of the guys I work with who drives 96 everyday the lake has been mostly locked up from what he can see from the freeway. I'd bet the bays are all ice the -real question would be how much ice is there?? ;)

The lake is iced over for the most part, but the East side of the island to the West of Turtlehead had a large amount of open water along the shoreline this afternoon.

Thank you for the update. Think I will give it another week,as I am not feeling to well today. And I dont think getting wet would help.

Anyone know if kent lake is fishable. Might try and get out there sat. before the rain and warm temps. hit us on sun. and mon.
