I don't know if these have been listed/posted yet, but in case they haven't I want to pass this invitation along to serious anglers and concerned sportsmen. These workshops have always been very informative, well done, and lunch has always been included. The line-up of speakers is again top notch. I have attended a few of these.Bring a pen and paper for notes, there are also many handouts available for future reference.

Find out some great info and actual facts, instead of the rumors and falsehoods from the general public, fishin buddies, or uninformed stores/vendors.This is your chance to get excellent info, right form the top.

I will probably be attending the Feb 21st workshop. They are all the same workshop, so no need to repeat any of them.Hope some our members here will take the time to attend.:)

Spanky is correct about the high value of the Sea Grant workshop series. In addition to the scheduled topics and speakers there are always side bits of data and human interest notes that come out during the Q&A with the presenters. You get to meet the key fishery professionals and scientist to better understand their personalities thus creating friendships that last for years. I love the workshops as annual old friends reunions and specifically seek out the oldest seniors grateful we are still able to meet after 30-40 years. We may not physically be able to fish like we used to, but we still have our good times stories to rehash. There are a basic core of current topics that will be presented at each workshop and a couple different topics regionally. It is not unusual to find me stopping by a second workshop couple hours catch those topics and to see old friends from that region.
