There's not much better out on the ice than a hot bowl of chili. I'd love to hear some good recipes. I'd like to try something new this year.

On the other hand, are there other forms of sustenance that keeps you guys going?

my favorite is beer steamed hotdogs !! or now that im older and sophisticated -brats ! (cheese and or jalapeno) basically haul out my old ! coleman burner and sauce pan and some beer get that beer boiled down to carmelize the dogs - put into aunt millie or whoevers buns ! - cover with onions mustard horseradish - MAN !! that will clear the sinuses and warm ya up for night fishing ! this taste cannot be duplicated at home! DO NOT TRY AT HOME
(i have tried) but you MUST on the ice !
