unwanted skins?

hey guys...if any of you live in oakland/monroe and have any skins you dont want, ill gladly take them and tan them myself...hell, it'll give me something to do. the larger, the better...i want to try and make some nice warm pants out of them, but hey, beggers cant be choosers. all i have to ask, is please!!!! NO SMELLY SKUNKS!!!! LOL

would love a yote or coon, but seeing as lots of deer hunters will just toos the deer hide, id rather have it then have it end up in the trash. waste not want not! rabbit and squirrel would be a bit tricky seeing as they're soo small, but ill take those too.

my dad made pants out of deer hide many years ago, if i remember he used the deer hide for the out side, and lined the inside with rabbit.

well, i was planning on putting the fur-side out and line the inside with cotten...just so it'll be nice and toasty during winter but still have that deer look to it. like i said...anyone who doesnt use their deer hides that live in oakland, monroe or macomb counties...send me a PM
