Okay, so I'm getting a little mentally occupied with whitefish lately.:nono: Got to talkin with an old timer up in Tawas this past weekend.
Does anyone target them on the sunrise side and what techniques /depth would you recommend. Guess I'm looking for more abuse than I already have.:rolleyes::banghead3

They catch some those out in da bay of saginaw once in a while and every so often up in Lexington Harbor.Minnows or waxies

I've heard that the whitefish have been showing up more and more out infront of Caseville over the past few years...

Higgins, Crystal, Traverse Bay(s), Green, Simcoe. They target them through the ice in these waters. Same as the pier in Tawas - eggs, waxies, wigglers..........:)
