I did not know where else to put this, so here it is.
I was reading the local paper tonight and came across a letter to the editor from a lady from Indian River pertaining to the closing of the access site off of King Road on Burt Lake.
I know that there are members on this forum that use that access in the winter for ice fishing. I used it once before, but a long time ago.
I have done an exhaustive search on the internet for any information on this and cannot find one single article. I searched all the local television archives and the local news paper archives with no sucess.
Does anyone know anything about this? I would like to get more info on this, as it seems that an access site that has been used for the common good of the public was arbitraily removed from the public use without anyones knowledge.
