Deepfried turkey breast

Can you deepfry a skinless turkey breast or dose the skin have to be on it?

I dont need a whole turkey just wana do a breast with some merinades.

skin needs to be on it, preferably surrounding the meat. Gonna be turkey jerky if ya deep fry it I am afraid.
