Slow Morning

Didn't see any Bucks this morning, strange for this time of year. Saw 5 Does around 9am but that's it. Will this warm weather throw things in a funk? I had visions of 30 degree mornings when I scheduled this week off for vacation, not 67 degree afternoons!

Yeah I think this heat will definatly hinder the deer movement. The only thing you can do is put in your time. This weekend looks good as a cold from will be coming in.

My thoughts exactly.

The rut won't stop but it will seem like that because overall movement will be lower. THe weekends cold weather will get things back to normal.

I will be up from the 6th through the 11th dodging rain and snow hoping to stumble across a nice buck.
