Sat yesterday from 6:00 till noon and saw nothing but B/C squirrels and had a yote come up from behind. I punched him out in the shoulder and then watched the quickest exit I have ever seen. He made it to the swamp, where I will retrive my arrow once frozen. I do have a question, as I have taken my vacation this week and the boss has OK'd me to be flexable and come in if the weather isn't to my liking. With the heat I have decided to hold off until next week. Does this sound like a good idea?
I sure do not want to miss the running of the bucks, but it sure seemed awfully "non-chasing week" in my area.
