Piebald Squirrel

Sorry no pics but tonight when I was deer hunting a I saw a piebald squirrel. It was white on top in spots and then brown on the underside. How unusual is this?

I had 3 piebald grey squirrels around my house a couple years ago.

Never seen a piebald one, but I have seen this one a bunch of times.

Is it piebald or Albino? Hard to see if it is all white or has spots on it...
