I presently have a deer, quartered and hanging in my shed. I live in Alaska and the average daytime high is 38 degrees however the evening lows get down to 24 degrees. We intend to let it cure for about 10 days but should I worry about it getting too cold?? The shed is not heated but it's very large (the length of our house). Should I be concerned??? I can bring in a space heater... I don't feel that fueling up the Toyo is necessary.

You should be fine if you cover it with some kind of a blanket or burlap. I have done this many times in Michigan. The blanket helps to insulate the meat. If the temperature drops below 24 you may have it freeze which will just slow down the process. Just my two cents.
