Au Sable below the foote

Hey everyone, I was wondering if anything was happening on the ausable? I am going to be up that way to do some preseason deer scouting for rifle season and some bow hunting, if anyone has any info I would really appreciate it. I am looking for either salmon or some steel. Thanks again

we went up to foote dam on wednesday the 23 and didnt do as well as we would have hoped, we saw alot of salmon but were after fall steel. I caught only one and my buddy caught only one, granted it was about 55 and sunny out but still a nice day.. i would say it is definately worth a shot

Was ther yesterday, fished for about 2 hours close to the launch
just below dam. no luck at all. was nice though nobody else their.

guess I learned why.:sad:

Don't feel bad, in a day and a half fishing, I hooked 2 steelhead, 11 skippers, and 1 king.
