Well my first try went ok but I really didnt care for the breakfast sausage. So this time around I used the Johnsonville brat patties with cheddar cheese and mushrooms with some cajun shake on the bbg over hickory and all I can say is WOW it was so good I cant wait to do it again.

Just as I put it on

looks really nice, gotta love the brat fatties. If ya let em sit( I now its tough) just about 15-20 minutes, they won't run out on the plate when ya cut em!

Nice job umas!;)

I still have not tried one yet, keep putting it off.
I am looking at doing an Italian sausage chub with mushrooms, onions, and provelone cheese...when I ever do. Maybe sautee up the roons and onions a bit first :corkysm55

Did you wrap the sausage meat with strips of bacon?
