What can I expect at the Sturgeon Hole with 6-9 MPH NNE?

There will be bigger waves from the boat traffic than the wind if it is less than 10 mph out of the North. 1 feet or less...

I got to the lake at dawn Sat & it was choppy with occaisional whitecaps. Wind was blowing out of the NE more than 6mph. It was fishable, but I turned around & went back home. Would have been fishing alone & didn't feel like getting bounced around that much chasing the elusive perch.

yesterday the wind was on toward the shore. nice mud line with lots of floating weeds. not a day bite:(
