View Full Version : MOMC - Year End Standings - To Date

This thread will be used to keep MOMC anglers informed, of the top 5 registered fish to date during 2008. Myself or Reel Lucky will update this thread, as the info comes in, thru 10/31/08, for REGISTERED fish.

The idea behind this, is to help prevent anglers from bringing in muskie for registration, which do NOT exceed those already entered.

Largest Registered Fish to date is 41.45lbs (caught July 12th) :yikes:, but is NOT eligible for any club prizes. Note - This fish was also successfully RELEASED.

Registered & eligible for prizes
1st - 38.75 lbs (caught Sept 14th)
2nd - 38.35 lbs (caught Oct 11th)
3rd - 37.80 lbs (caught Oct 14th)
4th - 37.40 lbs (caught July 12th)
5th - 37.25 lbs (caught Sept 20th)

Thanks for the update.

Another 38lb plus musky was caught and weighed by a MOMC member today. I couldn't make it out today so my fishing partners brought it by for me to see.

I believe the fish you are referring to, is officially 37.80lbs.

To my knowledge, this was the only fish weighed on Wednesday by the MOMC. Fish was caught late on Tues the 14th, and weighed Wed AM.

Standings are the same as 1st post.

I didnt receive any late night calls last night..

So...think it is safe to say the Standings for 2008 MOMC season - are as listed above.

Lots of big fish caught the past 3 days, but nothing that would bump into the standings.

Congrats to all the anglers who were lucky/good enuff to catch a monster this past season. Great Job...it was an awesome year.
