Freezing venison

Does anyone have a way or an idea of what i can freeze boned venison in until the end of season so i can grind it all at the same time.

I would think for a few months a good ziplock freezer bag would be fine, just get as much air out as you can before sealing. Ideally, use a vacuum sealer, and it would keep for a year or more. I use a foodsaver vacuum sealer on all my venison.

I do also, but i'm looking at freezing 25-50lbs at a crack until i can grind a bunch at a time. Vacuum bags cost to much and are to small to freeze that much till the end of season.
