So there's a freeze warning for Livingston County tonight. My boat isn't winterized yet and is sitting in my driveway. Is there any need to worry?

One night won't be any issue whatsoever. But if you are worried put a trouble light with a 75 watt bulb in the engine compartment for the night.
It's the days in a row of freezing temps you need to worry about. One night isn't enough to hurt anything.

I'm going to try. It's 21'-4" with an 8'-6" beam so we'll see if I can get her in there.

I still wouldn't worry. But it's nothing a light bulb won't cure for one night.
