Anybody watching this game? Great game so far! Good old fashioned pitchers duel with great defense. A baseball snobs dream! Danks and Blackburn have limited batters to a total of 3 hits combined for both teams. Only 3 innings left.

That was my favorite part. I was really rooting for the Twins, though.

I was pulling for them to lose from the get go...but when they bunted Joe Mauer, one of the best pure hitters in the AL, in the 7th down a run with no one on base that sealed the deal for me.
They got what they deserved.

Isn't it ironic that Thome, who struck out like 10 times in a row, (even against the Tigers) hits the game winning homer. This checked swing call for strikes is really starting to get to me. Marginal strikes I can see, but these balls in the dirt or whatever are getting a bit rediculous. Seems like there were an exceptional amount in the Sox- Twin game.
