Im going fishing next weekend. Its been a long 3 years since ive done salmon fishing, so im ready to catch some. Can anyone recommend a place? Im open to the thumb area, or even oscoda and alpena. I fished the ninth street damn before about 3 years ago, but everyone was snagging them. Is anyone catching anything there now, or maybe next weekend? Ive been to oscoda, just never fished there before. I dont have a boat, but I do have waders :) If you dont want to post in a public forum, you can send me a pm. Any tips on what to use is appreciated. Im familiar with cleos, just not familiar how to rig up spawn bags.
