Therefore,I will smoke some meats for some who have been askin.
I got up at 2 am(after going to bed at 10:30 pm:( ,and the smoker is purring along nicely. At 3 am I loaded it with 2 10-12 lb briskets, and 2 7 lb pork butts. In a while, I will be tossing a couple fatties on for breakfast, and after that some baby backs, more fatties, and some chicken wings. About 2pm, I will be adding 3 prime rib roasts 2-3 lbers, a pan of beans and foiling the briskets and butts.
I'll try to get a few pics, but you folks have seen it before.
Anyone else rollin smoke today, this weekend?;)

Wasn't planning on it but now that you mention it, I think I'll pick up a brisket on the way home.

I'll probably do a few racks of ribs, nothing spectacular. I do have a taste for another RR like you posted before. A nice 4 boner split, smoked & seared..
Man that last one was good & tasty...:)
I'll be busy working on my new project smoker this weekend so I can do some tasso & bacon soon. I'm seeing a meat grinder and sausage stuffer in my near future..:D

  Like that'll help...I had to take a different approach.
I ask her for some input on decorating the (un-named at the moment) smoker.
I'm leaning toward a two toned metallic midnight blue fading to lighter blue flame design with some TBS rising off of it and topping it off w/a couple of 3" chrome pipes..
Unfornuately she has other design considerations...
Why do women always bring up money?
Oh yeah, nice lookin meat there. Looking forward to seeing those Roasts!
