I'm glad you guy's started this as well. Maybe I'll finally get my dad to go on this site, now that there is a topic that he has some genuine knowedge of.

msiebers it would be nice if your father was to join us here and share whatever information he has. That is why I had asked Steve to start a reloading forum. Not all of the firearms owners hunt. And this way we are getting them involved with people all across the country and not just their local club or range.

oh, dad hunt's too, but he is a retired engineer with a PE. to his credit. So as you might figure, he loves to "Tinker" with the old standard's.
He's currently working on a couple custom jobs for my brother and I. A 6.5X55 Swedish for me, from and old barreled sweed action, and a chec mauser for my brother. He's going to re-barrel that to .35 caliber and make a .35 whelen out of it.
I cant wait to get these down to the range. :cool:
