Doe permit online purchase error

All,

Those of you who purchased Doe permitts on Wednesday morning and had to try multiple times better check your accounts. I was charged 5 times for 1 permit and so was my buddy. He has already called the DNR and they are backing the charges off his account and no they will not send extra permits he asked

On a similar note, the DNR website is screwed up again. The site where you are able to see how many leftover permits are available is not working.

I got robbed for some bear and elk preference points. It said it processed but would print. I wasn't charged, but it wouldn't allow me to buy after that. That system is terrible. Maybe they should use the system Cabelas or Newegg uses.

I had an issue with this also....was charged 2 times for one license. Apparently it was a problem with CEPAS which is the e-billing company used for the on-line purchases. The person I talked to was very good about it and I will be receiving a credit back on my account.

The phone # to use if you had the same problem is 517-373-1263.....took a few minutes to get through..sounds fairly widespread for purchases on the 17th.
