Thursday Squirrels

:coolgleam Took a break from fishing and went squirrel hunting with CMONKY. Went to state land outside of Dexter and took four (1 fox, 2 greys, 1 black). There wasn't much cutting, and they were pretty inactive. We only took one in a tree, the others on the ground. It was a beautiful day to be in the woods. :fish:

Good job. I was out with Crappie Depot on the opener and didnt score Musta saw 15 but the ones that were close enough to shoot wouldnt stop and the ones that stopped were too far:( Crappie Depot scored one. Thats what happens sometimes when using a 22. Somtimes a limit and sometimes a skunk but I like the challenge. My other buddy and his brother hunted the same spot after I left and he killed 5 and his brother 2 but they had shotguns;) I wasent too far out of Dexter also. Not to far off NT road.
