Was not sure where to post this but does anyone know how to find laws on wheelers in canada? I am planning on taking one up this year and was curious if there is a orv sticker i need to purchase up there and if so what they run$$$$

I would contact the Department Of Ministries up there just to be safe. They will send you all the info on it for free. I have in the past for our property up there for the hunting guides and permits.

All you need to get your quad in to Canada and legally ride it up there is a current MICHIGAN ORV sticker and proof iof insurance. You don't have to buy anything in Canada. I also took the obsolete Michigan registration for my Grizzly but they never asked for it.

Be sure to have your reg. & proof of insurance along with your MI ORV sticker, and you'll be all set.

you must have proof of ownership. ie titlte or registration.
buddies got nipped three years ago up in wawa. co impounded the bike until the actual title was presented. no faxes or copies accepted.

WHAT? I am borrowing this quad from a friend who is not going on this trip with us....also someone mentioned you can not have any riders....are you saying what i think you are that you can't have 2 people on the quad?I think i need to take someones advise earlier and call the ministries office tommorow...i seen plenty of people up there last year with 2 people on quads......

Contact the CRMP ( Canadian Royal Mounted Police). They will tell you what you need for sure.
