Too rainy and rough to fish sat morn so we fired up the smoker, grabbed a 30 pack and watched football all day.:lol: Did 3 - 2.5# pork butts, 2 racks baby backs, and a couple of fatties(My 1st, and 2nd) Kept them simple with just sharp cheeses and Jimmy Dean .:corkysm55:corkysm55

Used apple wood chips and injected butts with apple cherry juice;). Great flavor!
Anyone ever freeze fatties? ARe they Ok still? Was thinkin of making a bunch for deer camp and freezing til then?????

I never have enough left to freeze, but I would say they would be fine. I wouldn't freeze the ones that have alot of veggies(mushrooms, celery,tomatoes, onions ) though. They tend to get goey when thawed back out. Meat and cheese in the middle should be great Though.

Yeah I did get the newsletter, thanks for sending it! I unfortunately have softball obligations so i will be unable to attend. Someday soon i will be there. I need to contact them about my app and stuff:confused::sad:
Thinkin bout a breakfast fatty with hashbrowns, onion, and scrambled egg. Might not freeze them though. Thanks again Spanky!!
