This is my special mix recipe and i guarantee it will be one of the best (if not the best) quails on the grill.

Ingredient:

6 whole Quails (Cleaned and with skin on preferrably)
3/4 Cup of fresh squeezed lemon juice.
1.5 cup of extra virgin olive oil.
1 tbl spoon Oregano (2 if you like the taste of it more)
4 pieces of fresh garlic.

mash the garlic.
mix ingredient.

Add quails in there, add Salt, pepper, and some paprika.

let it simmer and soak for 2 hours in fridge.

And enjoy the Grilling.

Now, tell me if this is not the best quail Grilling you've had!!! :D

I didn't mean simmer.

i meat to let them soak in the seasoning and mix for 2 hours while in the fridge.

Awesome...I am Glad you enjoyed it.

Do you like it more Garlicy? i do usualy double the garlic and while on the grill, i keep rubing the quails with a brush from the marinade. to keep them moist and juicy!!!!

I never tried it with chicken. I bet it'll be good with chicken breasts cut in cubes (Like shish-kabob style) and put them on skewers.

I am in the making of a recipe for Chukars on the grill since chukars' breast are white meat.

I am trying it with the following seasoning to perfect it: (very similar to the quails' recipe)

garlic
lemon juice
olive oil
oregona
little basil (just to add a nice smell without overpowering it)
paprika
salt
pepper

just trying to get the measurment perfected!!!
