Was at the Kroger store Sunday and saw Chorizo sausage from Johnsonville (don't know I would buy Chorizo from a brand I didn't know). And some Irish Garlic Brats from Johnsonville too. I have some Andouille sausage in the freezer too. I have some ideas as to what I want to put in the fatties I want to make, just wanted to throw this out if anyone has used these flavors and what and what you would stuff them with.
I am also going to try some deer backstrap inside a fatty...anyone try something like that?
Also, I made some real good turkey burgers smoked with cherry wood last weekend. PM me if you want to try something half way healthy and actually tastes pretty darn good.
