I'm curious on how I should introduce my Son to hunting? He's 13. Does he need to be licensed to accompany me? Thanks:)

Get him in the field, best way. I have been in the field as long as I can remember. Once I could hunt for myself, I couldn't wait to do it on my own or with my dad. To share the outdoors with your father is something to remember forever, many special memmories to be had!!

No license to join you as long as he doesn't shoot.
Take him to a range or get him a BB gun.
Have him only shoot under adult supervision for a couple years and stress safety as priority #1
Take him to hunter's safety as soon as possible, he could hunt deer in the youth hunt in a couple of weeks.
Let him dictate how much time you spend in the woods, kids can get bored and for some, it's just not their thing.
Good luck and have fun

I'd start with some low stress shooting/plinking & get him lined up for a hunters safety course. When he takes the course sit in with him as much as possible.
