I’ve a peach wheat beer a while back and it was pretty awesome I think it was called Weach? Anyways, I would like to try making some myself with some local fresh peaches.
Has anyone successfully added fresh peaches to a home brew recipe?
Thanks in advance for your replies.

30point,

I've never made a peach beer. Sounds interesting.

I did a quick search on the Northern Brewer Forum and found this thread:

The only fruit beer I've made was a cranberry ale. I crushed a bunch of cranberries and added them to the secondary. Turned out pretty good.
