Anyone try red hooks

Seems like I caught more pike once I switched to red trebles on my tip-ups. Anyone tried this with spoons on the pier, and if so did it make any difference? Just a thought since I'll be replacing the hooks on some favorites this week.

I use them when Im fishing with ale's. Work like a charm!

I like the Red hook Trick, use them alot on my jigs and Jigging Rapalas for perch in the winter.....

I have not noticed any difference.

Tried half with red and the other half with silver. No change. Same amount of fish on both.

Depends. I always switch a few of my crankbaits out with red hooks. Sometimes that little bit helps...others, doesn't matter.

Thanks everyone! Think I'll leave the glows alone then, might throw a couple on the morning/daytime spoons. Feels like fall this morning!
