Help with bait shops near Brevoort Lake

We will be visiting and fishing Brevoort Lake in the UP over Labor Day. COuld anyone point me to good bait shops in the area that will have minnows, crawlers, and leeches? We will be staying on the north-east side of the lake, so anything on that side would be good. I have heard of the Camp Store but don't know anything about it or where it is. Also, does anyone have any updates on the fishing this time of year? Thanks very much.

The camp store does have all the bait you need. But I would stop at the Holiday in St. Ignace to get crawlers ,much better price .
On second thought I dont remember if the camp store had minnows this year. Usually does.

Boots thanks...One question: where is the camp store located?

It is located in the Federal Camprgound on the lake. As your going into the campground you will see signs for the campstore. It is on the same road.

You could stop at Mackinac outfitters in Mack City. Also the gas station and the hardware store in Moran have bait(wont guarante that they have minnows and leeches)
