6 pak or master Lic

Hello,

I currently work for the Govt. and was looking to possibly get my 6pak and or master Lic. All I have now is a safety boaters lic from wayne county that is at least 12 years old. I am CPR qualified and I have been around boats my whole life. I looked on the Coast website but it was a little confusing. What are the exact steps that I need to take to achieve this goal.
