Mathews Convertible HD II directions

Trying to track down the instructions for a Mathews Convertible HD II drop away rest. A new-to-me bow with this rest, but I don't have the instructions. It may need some tuning and don't want to guess how to do it. If anybody can scan it and email I would be grateful.

Dont have the directions, but I do have the rest. Its in a box in my closet. It had way to much upward fling and the arrow flung off the rest all the time. My buddy has one and has the same problem. But if you want pm me and I can most likely answer your question.
