Just thought of a good way to enjoy some bite sized goose snack during a football game.
You need:
1 or 2 goose breast halfs ( depends on how hungry you are)
1 Pack of bacon
1 table spoon of brown sugar
1 bottle teriaki sauce
1 can slice water chesnuts
1 box of tooth pics
First mix Teriaki sauce and brown sugar and set aside.
Then cut goose into bite sized pieces and cut bacon slices in half.
Take a piece of goose and a water chesnut slice wrap them toghter in bacon and use tooth pic to hold together. After you make you desired amount let them soak in Teriaki mixture for abour 15 to 20 minutes( you may need to make more Teriaki mix depending on how much goose you use).
To cook put oven rack in center of oven and broil until bacon is crisp ( cooking time may very depending on how thick you goose is cut).
This make a great TV or party snack.
