Spent the weekend in Bellaire. We had access to the lake for 2 days and I only saw one boat fishing. Looked like it had motor failure and they were walking it home in the shallows. Is there nothing worth fishing for there?? Kinda looks like a nice lake.

Sent you a PM. I didn't have a boat and it just wasn't that kind of trip. Lake looked nice, probably deep, and NO ONE fishing it. Road was called "Fishermans Paradise" and no one fishing ???:confused::confused::confused: Too shallow to fish that area from shore.

The lake in Bellaire, isn't that part of the chain of lakes? I have heard there is some good fishing in those lakes for small mouth and pike. I have only fished there a couple times over the ice, and did not catch much but a buzz...:dizzy:, but we were not trying too hard either. I thought I saw a post on here before about those lakes as well.

Bellaire is a great bass and pike lake. Try casting tubes.
