Port huron boat Launch

Where the best place to launch a boat in the black river. I no where the water street launch is , but is there another one?

Theres one on Riverside drive which is north and on the oppisite side of water street.Its north of the I-94 bridge and you have to turn onto Hancock street to get to it which is just off the express way.

Is there more parking at that launch?. Thinking about going this afternoon and hope it;s not to busy out there.
