LCSA Has a broadhead league.
We had a small group started and are looking for more participants.
It cost $5.00 a day for members $7.00 a day for non members I'm pretty sure of the price.

We shoot cardboard cutouts into sand pits, out to 35 yards.
As sunset time receeds start times change.
