Blurred Pic!

I finally got my picture sized down, but somehow I blurred it....I'm using Coral Photohouse, any help with this one?....Also how do I post to a thread once I'm in the gallery...I think I copied it, but I can't seem to paste it in the IMG location...

Don't know if ya fixed this or not but if ya didn't you can e-mail me the original pic at northern_outdoorsman@yahoo.com and I will resize it and send it back to ya...
