in my experience most guys are using blazers any more...your not gonna get any twist out ot them...most I think ya can get on a bitz, is about 3 degree with them.
Quickspins are another decent option, I have used them for a couple years now...drawbacks are they hum going down range, not as durable as a blazer, and the $$$...upside, they do work, no doubt about that.
*I have taken a few deer with the QS originals (4"?) and the noise has not seemed to effect the deer on the shot.

4" feathers all the way, all the new things like blazers or quick spin either make noise in flight or just dont shoot that accurate as feathers, and vanes once on gets damaged your arrow will not fly right, now feathers on the other hand can take a beating and still fly correctly, hell there can be chunks missing from a feather and its still good to shoot for practice:)

I have been around a lot of shooters using blazers, for target, 3D, and hunting, and have never heard "noise" from them, thats a new one on me.

I have shot Blazers for a few years and really like them. Im getting ready to give FOB's a try and see how those do.

Make mine 4" feathers please.
Noise? not an issue with speed, but like it was said they take a beating.
4" feathers give you control over your arrow.
One little blemish in a vien and they are in need of service..
Thats my 2 cents

i have a jo jan fletcher with helical clamps and have done all of my feathered with this so i tried some blazers and had to do alot of adjusting but i soaked the blazers in warm to hot water and after they dried you can see some degree of helical on them but i have not shot them yet to see how they fly

4" feathers, Thats all I ever really shot and have not had real reason to change. As some have mentioned, feathers are very versatile you can shoot them wet, missing chunks and they still fly true.

Ive been shooting blazers for the past few years never had any problems or noises. Feathers are awsome, but Ive had a few rain days that things didnt workout because my feathers were soaked. I have a strong helical with blazers so if you know how to use your fletcher you shouldnt have any problems. Cept which fletches to use...

I use 4 inch straight-fletched feathers with a slight offset.

I've used them all at one time or another and continually go back to 4" Duravanes with a right helical. Second option would be 3" feathers with the same helical followed by the Blazers with a 2 degree offset. I actually prefer the Norway Predators to the Blazer though.
