Hello all I use a bear instinct bow with easton axis arrows. It shoots 305 fps and has limb savers and silencers on it. I shoot well with the bow but it makes that rubber band vibration sound . You know the one. ;) Ive never used a stablizer but know they are both for balance and vibration/sound. Does anyone have any expierence witha type or brand of stabilizer that could quiet down my bow??? Grateful for your help......Thanks

I would go to a proshop. Try out several different stabilizers until you find one that works for your setup. I know you can do this at several different archery shops in the area. KD Outdoors, Hog Wild, Adams, Frog Hollow, Four Seasons, all will allow you to test out stabilezers until you find one that works for you.

It is because even though I may have the same set up as the OP. That does not mean that the stabilizer I have will work for him. These things are not cheap. Before you know it you will have a collection of them and no money in the bank. But yet you are still trying to solve the problem at hand.

along with a stabilizer, a string suppressor will make a difference in stopping that rubber band:D

Agreed, a string suppreser may help you more than stabilizer with your vibration issue.

Yes the bow does have string leeches. Thanks for the advice guys. I went to a shop tried out a few different cheap models results were so so of course once i screwed on the expensive one i was happy lol. I ended up with the Octane. It quieted it down enough to make me happy and settled the pin down quite a bit. Then i went to Gander Mountain and got it 20 bucks cheaper :).
