I know I read this some place before but refresh my memory please. How many post must one have before they can add a photo to a post? Thanks.

I guess I was confussed by the little box at the bottom left of the forums pages that say can't post attachments. I followed the instruction by still can't seem to get it to show up. Thanks Mike.
