Hopefully some of you guys can help. I'm down to only 2 arrows after harvesting a few deer and busting a few practicing. I have an opportunity to pick some up off a friend that were mis-cuts. They are the same arrow as i currently have but only 1/4 inch longer. Will this small difference be noticable, or should i have them recut? Is this even a possibility with inserts already installed?

any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

I truly doubt you will notice any difference. Now if you were shooting FITA you may, but not for everyday shooting or hunting.;)

It is possible to remove an insert after it has been glued in. Easiest way I have found is to take off the nock and drip nail polish remover (must have accetone) down the inside of the shaft, it takes care of the glue and presto, insert can be pulled out with your fingers. I say buy them and if you notice a difference in shooting, follow those steps and get them recut.
