what is the pros and cons to using a 2" blazer instead odf a 4" duravane??

Pros:
More rigid for longer life (especially through a whisker biscuit).
Same or better flight characteristics with a smaller vane.
Lighter than a 4" vane which allows for more FOC.

Cons:
Higher profile which means you need slightly more clearance.
