Rinse filets , marinate in Italian salad dressing for two hours in the frig. (lo-cal does not work as well). Place fish in basket, no tinfoil, cook on hot grill till done, turning frequently as not to burn. Let the oil in the dressing get a little brown. Good with salmon, walleye, pike, Steelhead etc.

I like to add a generous amount of garlic and some rosemary especially for my salmon. Two hours is just about perfect too. I'll pull some out for tonight.:D

That same recipe works well in a black iron skillet also. When nearly done, we usually add some lemon juice.
