Got outa there just in time today. Heard a rumble of thunder and scooted to the launch. It was slower in the morning , but as the rain started. The bass turned on. A good dozen 3 pounders and a coupla that tipped at 5. They all came in half an hour, loosin crayfish as they came in. Took a big ole walleye with a big chartruse spinnerbait in 6FOW. Nice and thick. Water temps were hovering right at 75. Soon as i hit an area with 49.8 they hit.
