Today I was took a load over to the Cleveland, OH area. i remember reading the other day online that the Zink Factory was in Port Clinton which I pasted on my way. So on my way back I decided to take a little detour on the way home and check it out. It was pretty awesome to say the least. the showroom was pretty sweet. But the best part was that Clay showed me around and let me check out a few calls including the new PH-2 Double Magnum which is a very nice call. Also got to see the new orange marmalade color. talk about stand up people. I just started making my own calls and it was pretty cool to see there machines and the finished product. Everyone that works there are some great people. If it wasn't for getting the new rig this week I deff. would have walked out with a few new calls today. I did get a KW-1 hat and a couple shirts :) if your in the area and have some time to kill I would recommend stopping in.

Those guys are great, I've never been to the shop, but I know that their customer service is fantastic. I remember a couple seasons ago during the January goose season I got my LM-1 mudded up and had to take it apart to get the grit out and couldn't get it back in tune. I emailed them around 6:00pm on that Sunday, got an email back from Clay by 7:00, then responded and got a second email back at 9:00pm. Dropped the call in the mail on Monday and had it back in hand by Thursday, tuned just like I wanted it and better than it was new.

Last summer I got a Money Maker as a gift from the lady. Played around with it a little but still couldn't get it to where I wanted it. This time I just wrote a little explaination of what was going on, dropped it in the mail and again had it back, tuned perfect, w/in a week.

Kudo's to Clay and the other guys at Zink, glad to hear it's not just me that has had such good experiences with them.

Any good company should have customer good service. It's just good business, and it's how you get people to keep coming back. Stand behind your product have a good warrintee and treat your customers like they're #1. :coolgleam
