I know that a lot of people were interested in the Dog stand prototype that was on her a week ago. I am not trying to steal anyones thunder, but I went to check out the AKC hunt test today and I happen to park next to a guy that was selling his version of a dog stand. The stand stands from 13.5" high to 28" and seems to be pretty sturdy out of water (I taught my dog to jump on to it, in about 10 minutes) this is a really good product ( I am not advertising and have no monetary interest in this at all) his show price was $60, his regular price is $85 it seems like a good product. I would decribe the contructiong almost like a small ironing board with polyurethane top covered with "hydro-turf" and comoed. I have one of his fliers. If anyone is interested please pm me and I will give his contact info. If this is innappropriate MODS please let me know.

I used the very same dog stand last year. 90 pound hard charging lab and never had a problem with it. It is about the perfect size for hunting the managed areas. It doesn't take up much room and it sets up in seconds. Once you set it up and push it into the mud it is very very solid. A very good stand and the price is great.

I put her by my car so that you could get a scale of how big the the stand is, it really is pretty tall once the dog is on top of it, much taller and the dog could be in the line of fire. Let me know

The stand does have multiple height settings. On the bottom there are several different notches to snap the legs in. With this you can adjust the platform to be just above the water level. I used mine last year in Fish point in very low water and was able to keep the dog as low as possible. In several hunts I was just keeping the dog out of skim water and mud with the stand only 10 to 12 inches high.

Thanks for posting the pics. I'm wondering is the top painted or is that tape /stickers etc. Because I have the white top version of that table. I bough it at Meijers for $27......They are a nice table/stand.......:)
