Anybody been getting any perch lately? Might try for some in the next few days. Have seen some older reports but any help is appreciated. Thanks

I was out yesterday afternoon 2 miles out from Crocker/Ginos area and it was windy as heck. I was dragging tubes and did not do well, only two smallies. Was going to anchor with crappie set ups, but it was just too windy. For perch I would go out to the st. clair light house then go left about a mile, and try around there, look for boats anchored also. good luck. seeya

Tried the St. Clair Light this morning and it was very rough. After a few minutes of fishing the junior member of our group lost his breakfast and that was the end of our fishing. There were only 3 other boats in the area, all anchored east of the light.

i tried drifting trolling and anchoring from metro to the 400 tower. all we managed to caught was 5 jumbo perch ,2 blue gills ,and 1 19" walleye.my friend picked up the eye trolling in 14' of water ,on a green harness with multi-color beads. everything was caught on green harnesses.we tried to stay between 12' and 14' of water, we spent 7 hours on the water yesterday morning . it was a nice day, alot of boats, hot sun, good company, but fishing was slow, but we still had a great time .IT STILL BEATS WORKING HANDS DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!
