Taking the family on a vacation up to St. Ignace and I would appreciate any tips on where to fish the area (from shore). I have heard some things about Brevoort Lake, but not too much information is out there. Not picky on the species - As long as it pulls back!!! Wouldn't mind getting the kids into some gills.
Let me know if you can help - PMs fine if you have that "secret spot". I won't tell. :D

I have some deer property in pickford and believe there is a pier in either cedarville or hessel about a half hour east of you that i guess people get good action for pike and perch off of. i personally have never fished it so if someone would like to correct me.... hope this helps

the only peir that you can fish off of is in hessel. the one in cedarville is closed off now. brevort lake is good but havent heard to much about any shore fishing goin on there. you can also try the munuscong river forest campground. there is a nice area to fish at the end of the camp ground. i know some people were getting pike from there. there is a trout pond here in the sault that is for kids only-stocked with some nice rainbows. if you have anymore questions pm me.
